EULAR: Rikke Helen Moe from REMEDY is the new Vice Director

Rikke Helene Moe , senior researcher at Diakonhjemmet hospital , REMEDY and Unit for health services research and innovation, has been elected as vice-president and board member of EULAR - European alliance of associations for rheumatology for the next two years, as a representative of healthcare personnel in rheumatology.
  
Rikke Helene Moe thanks for the trust she has received and looks forward to working with EULAR's board.
 
- I am both very proud and humbled to be elected as the new vice-president of EULAR, which represents healthcare professionals in rheumatology. I am fascinated by how EULAR seamlessly brings together a diversity of expertise, all united to minimize the burden of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. Together, as one big European family, we are strong, she believes.
 
EULAR's board is responsible for overseeing the organisation's strategic direction, policy and decision-making.
EULAR is a non-profit organization representing people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs), healthcare professionals in rheumatology (HPR), rheumatologists, researchers and scientific societies in rheumatology in all European nations.
 
EULAR aims to reduce the impact of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) on the individual and society, as well as to improve the social position and quality of life of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases in Europe.
