Digital home monitoring has developed rapidly through innovative apps for collecting patient-reported data and decision support tools. The objective of WORK PACKAGE 5 is to investigate the usability, efficacy, safety, satisfaction, user experiences and cost-effectiveness of digital home monitoring.
