User experiences with remote monitoring for patients with inflammatory joint disease

Project Manager

Postdoctoral fellow

ABOUT THE PROJECT

According to the National Health and Hospital Plan, new forms of work and collaboration, such as digital home follow-up, are to be implemented to provide a more tailored service offering and better resource utilization, but we know little about patients' and therapists' experiences with and perception of such follow-up.

The purpose of the study is to gain insight into patients' and caregivers' experiences with digital home follow-up.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Patients will be recruited from the NOR-Flare study and the ReMonit study , two studies investigating digital home monitoring of patients with inflammatory joint disease.

WHAT DOES THE STUDY INVOLVE?

Patients and healthcare professionals will be interviewed about their experiences with digital home monitoring. We will also conduct observations and interviews in connection with physical and digital consultations (video consultations).
