Intensive training is effective for patients with inflammatory joint disease

In the ExeHeart study at Diakonhjemmet Hospital, researchers have revealed that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can have significant benefits for patients with joint disease. This is confirmed by Marie Dahlskjær (29), who developed juvenile arthritis at the age of 12.
