PROMiNET Advanced course: use of patient-reported endpoints in clinical trials

PROM in NET is organizing an Advanced Course in the Use of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures in Clinical Studies. Increased use of PROM (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) in research and clinical practice is a desired development and in line with political guidelines. To ensure high quality in this type of research, it is important to learn the methodological aspects of using PROM.

The course is primarily aimed at PhD students, clinical researchers and healthcare professionals affiliated with South-Eastern Health and who are involved in research with PROM.

Participants from other health regions may be admitted if there is space available. PhD students also have the opportunity to register with their supervisor.

Practical information and registration

Date : October 15–17, 2025

Location : Radium Hospital, Research Building K, Seminar Rooms 1-2 and the Auditorium

Participation fee : NOK 1100,-

The course will be able to provide 2 credits in the PhD program at the University of Oslo.

The course will be held in person on October 15th and 16th and on Teams on October 17th.
