Rehabilitation - meeting 18 March

Rehabilitation is important for the individual, and research is being done on whether and to what extent it can save society from lost labor and thus large sums of money. We congratulate the R&D network in Virke Rehab on 10 important years! 18 March was a special day for the network and the RehabNytte study, which promotes research and development in rehabilitation.
Rikke Helene Moe, presented, on behalf of the project group, the current status of the RehabNytte study, and the results we have achieved so far.
- After 7 years with RehabNytte, we are now getting the results of the research out into the world. Through Virke and FFO - the joint organization for the disabled, the results are already being used in political discussions about priorities for rehabilitation centers going forward, says Moe.

The network's first coordinator, Hege Bruun-Hanssen, shared the story of how the network and this important study first came about. In the picture we see, in addition to Moe and Bruun-Hansen, the former coordinators - Hege, Hanne Ludt Fossmo and Tarja Rajalahti Kvalheim - and the new coordinator, Thomas Johansen, and the faithful user collaborators in the project Andreas Habberstad and Anne Elisabeth Simonsen. We should have had the entire project group here, says Rikke, and thanks Mari Klokkerud, Idun Eid, Anders Orpana, Tor Christian Fagertun, Ingvild Kjeken and Hanne Dagfinrud for their enormous effort. - Together we will continue to drive the field of rehabilitation forward, they write on LinkedIn.
