Webinar! Can only be seen May 23 from 2 p.m. 0830

Welcome to the webinar of climate crisis and the role of the health sector.
You meet a doctor and researcher Lena Bugge Nordberg in this webinar!

Man-made climate and nature destruction is the greatest health threat we face.

There is no doubt that we have to make big changes if we are to live good lives in the years to come.

The health sector is responsible for significant climate damage and natural loss.

What can we do to limit the damage we do?

In our sector, it becomes important that the changes we make do not go beyond the patients.

The British Medical Journal (BMJ) has recently launched an interactive database where they gather research that shows what we can do in clinical practice to reduce carbon footprint. Here you will find articles that everyone in the health sector should read to help lower the carbon footprint.

Changes must take place at both the system level, but also at the individual level.

We can, among other things: reduce overdiagnosis and over -treatment, choose the equipment that has the lowest carbon footprint and choose the treatment option that has the lowest carbon footprint.

See the webinar and gain more insight into how the health sector can contribute to sustainability!

NB! This webinar can only be seen on May 23 from. 0830.
