Digital home monitoring has developed rapidly through innovative apps for collecting patient-reported data and tools for decision support. The objective of WORK PACKAGE 5 is to investigate the applicability, effectiveness, safety, satisfaction, user experiences and cost-effectiveness of digital home monitoring.
