The Department of Rheumatology, Outpatient Clinic and Research and the REMEDY Research Center organized the Green Congress for Rheumatology on June 20. The event offered highlights from EULAR 2025 in a climate-friendly setting.

EULAR 2025: Four hectic days of lectures, posters, debates and practical sessions brought together around 14,000 professionals from all over the world in Barcelona. Norway had a strong presence, with broad participation from researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals and patient representatives. . Here are some of the contributions. 

Digital home monitoring for axial spondyloarthritis – a possible alternative? This is what doctoral fellow at Diakonhjemmet Hospital, Emil Eirik Kvernberg Thomassen, has been researching for the past three years. Now we can congratulate him on his PhD degree.
